Choose your design, metal, finish and number of teeth. Payments are taken upfront to cover material costs and labour. Once your order is confirmed, your impression kit is shipped straight to your address.

Your kit includes trays, putty and clear instructions.
You’ll also soon have access to a detailed “How To Take a Mould” video, filmed by us and linked directly on this page.

It’s crucial that you take a clean, accurate mould.
If the mould isn’t done properly, your Grillz will not fit, and there will be no refunds for incorrect impressions. Taking two minutes of care here saves everyone the headache later.

We’ll confirm the mould is usable before we start crafting.

Our jewellers hand-build your Grillz to match your exact bite. Every tooth is shaped, set and polished with precision. No generic moulds. No shortcuts.

When your Grillz are completed, we dispatch them securely and provide tracking.

Turnaround Time

The full process takes up to 4 weeks in extreme cases more, including postage, mould checking and production.
The majority of orders are completed much sooner.
